‘Turn-key’ solutions for all your load testing work.
Testing with water filled weights provides multiple advantages. The system provides flexibility by continuouisly controlling and monitoring the applied load, therefore makes it a safe and reliable solution. Also transportation is much more effective than conventional solid weights.
Dynamic Load Testing offers fast, cost-effective and safe solutions for load testing of cranes and other load bearing structures on many locations. This applies to the periodic inspections of your offshore and onshore cranes, but also to load test after reeving and spooling services of cables.
We have the option of offering the whole package on-site, so that your work is not interrupted for a longer time than necessary. After completion of the maintenance, re-equipping or expanding your cranes we can immediately start with the load testing procedure. Besides the actual test weights we provide certified, highly experienced technicians, rigging plans, digital load measuring equipment and rigging equipment. As a result of close cooperation with multiple transport companies, we could also take care of all associated transports. The work will be carried out according to the local safety regulations.

Inspections
Test weights and equipment last longer with regular maintenance and annual inspections, including certification.
In addition to our own fleet, we inspect, repair, and recertify customer-owned equipment, including waterbags, load cells, and other related equipment. We carry out thorough inspections and consult with you in advance if any repairs or part replacements are needed. To make the process seamless, we can also arrange collection and delivery services for all your equipment.
In specific cases, we have the ability to perform all inspections, recertifications, and repairs at our location. This applies to all our products as well as most other brands on the market.
